Exchanges & Returns:
The online art store are not accepted straight refunds as these are original fine art artworks or limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days (From the day of arrival) to contact us to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your prints arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the package, prints and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to info@chentuby.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement prints.
COVID-19 Delays
Being the holiday season and with slower than usual services around the world. There may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 30 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible. IIn the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 30 days, please contact info@chentuby.com and we will look into this further for you.
